Egg Carton Flower Bouquet

Playing along here with Making It Count Tuesday link-up >> Pam and Sarah have tossed out an ongoing challenge to take one of the hundreds of amazing ideas that you find online and then actually create it, breathe life into it! Just do it already and make your time online count. Right on! Thanks for the motivation, y’all.

“Earth laughs in flowers.” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

:: egg carton + scissors + chenille stems + buttons + paint (optional) + vase ::

I put all the materials out on the kitchen counter and stood back. Ladybug didn’t need any reference, nor instructions, she simply pounced with glee — she instinctively knew just what to make! That’s one craftastic kiddo.

As often is the case, inspiration came from clicking around Pinterest, and also from the egg carton challenge over at Tinkerlab. Upcycle love!

  2. It turned out so fantastic! I love the idea behind this — letting them come up with their own project. And that Tinkerlab looks like a fun place. Thanks for linking up!

  3. We now have these little bouquets all around the house. She’s addicted!

  4. I have a little one who would LOVE to make these!
